Hopefully you started these players and they helped put your fantasy team over the top in week 7.  These are our Diamonds of the week.

QBs

Tom Brady NEP – 21-25 354 yards, 6 TDs   50 pts  He is just a stats whore…..

Sage Rosenfels HOU – 22-35 290 yards 4 TDs, 1 2pt conversion, 3 INTs, 1 Fumble  29 pts  all 4 TDs came in 4th quarter as he lead an unbelievable comeback that was thwarted by a defense that couldn’t hold a Kerry Collins-lead offense with 56 seconds left. BAH!!!

Ben Roethlisberger PIT – 24-35 290 yards 4TDs 2 INTs 1 Fumble passing, 3-20 rushing  31 pts

Chad Pennington NYJ – 20-31 272 yards 3 TDs 1 INT 1 fumble  24 pts  Was doing well right up until the INT that ended the Jets chances for a comeback….

Jeff Garcia TB – 37-45 316 yards, 2 TDs passing, 6-10 rushing, 2 fumbles  21 pts

RBs

Kenny Watson CIN – 31-130 yards 3 TDs rushing, 3-27 receiving  33 pts  Only truly explosive RB play of the day.

Larry Johnson KC – 24-112 1 TD rushing, 6-21 receiving  19 pts  Good to see he remembers where the end zone is.

Lendale White TEN – 27-104 1 TD rushing, 4-22 receiving  18 pts

Brandon Jacobs NYG – 18-107 1 TD rushing, 3-16 receiving  17pts First ever 100 yard game.

Willis McGahee BAL – 19-114 1 TD rushing, 2-1 receiving  17 pts  Expected more against his

old team.

WRs

Wes Welker NEP – 9-138 2 TDs  25 pts  Ya think he is glad he is in NE?

Laveranues Coles NYJ – 8-133 2 TDs  25 pts

Randy Moss NEP – 4-122 2 TDs  24 pts  Not too bad when you score a TD for every other reception.

Roddy White ATL – 8-110 1 TD  17 pts  No one is happier Vick is gone than White.

Terrell Owens DAL – 7-103 1 TD  16 pts

TEs

Heath Miller PIT – 5-50 2 TDs  17 pts Big Ben seems to like his TEs this year.

Will Heller SEA – 3-18 2 TDs  13 pts Better reception to TD ratio than Moss.

Tony Scheffler DEN – 5-50 1 TD  11 pts  I know its not that much, but much more than was expected from him.

Rob Bironas TEN – 8 FGs 2 XPs  26 pts  Sets a new record and gets the game winner all at the same time, good game.

Josh Brown SEA – 4 FGs 3 XPs  15 pts

LBs

DeMeco Ryans HOU – 9 Tackles, 2 assists, 1 sack, 1 FF, 2 FR, 1 TD  35 pts  Now that is the DeMeco we all know and love.

London Fletcher-Baker WAS – 10 tackles, 3 assists, 1 PD, 1 INT returned for a TD  33 pts

Will Witherspoon STL – 12 tackles, 1 assist  25 pts After a slow start, Witherspoon is coming on.

Patrick Willis SF – 11 tackles, 2 assists  24 pts  Only 2 tackles and 1 assist after halftime.

Calvin Pace ARI – 9 tackles, 1 assist 1 INT, 1 PD  23 pts  Pace took advantage of Dansby being out.

Ray Lewis BAL – 8 tackles, 5 assists, 1 PD  22 pts  Injury, sminjury….

Tedy Bruschi NEP – 10 tackles, 2 assists  22 pts

James Harrison PIT – 9 tackles, 1 sack  21 pts

DBs

Nick Harper TEN – 8 tackles, 2 PDs, 2 FRs, 2 INTs  26 pts  Easily his best game as a Titan.

Aaron Ross NYG – 6 tackles, 2 assists, 1 sack  17 pts The rookie makes things happen every week.

DLs

Darryl Tapp SEA – 5 tackles, 1 PD, 1 FF, 4 sacks  25 pts  Awesome game by Tapp, but it was against St Louis…..

Jared Allen KC – 8 tackles, 1 assist, 2 sacks  23 pts 

Osi Umenyiora NYG – 2 tackles, 1 assist, 1 sack, 1 FF, 2 FRs, 1 TD  20 pts – Osi continues his hot streak.

Elvis Dumervil DEN – 4 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 FF   16pts
