I had to go with Mario,

He was really impressive last year.........and it's just his 3rd year in the league,
all I see is atleast 7 more years of solid production.

It's all upswing IMO.

Allen IMO is the best DL. He is an energizer bunny who has all the moves needed to get to a NFL QB and he is the master of padding the tackle stats! MW is close but he needs to improve against the run to take over as #1.

Allen.  He was dominating in Kansas City, and should be even more so in Minny with the two WIliiams on the inside.  Allen should see less double-teams with those two to account for also.

Allen gets too many sacks and makes too many tackles not to get this title

look for Mario Williams to take this crown in a year or two though. His improvement has been immense, and I'm still a bit tentative about how Allen will fit into the Vikings' scheme. SHOULDN'T be a problem, but nonetheless, we shall see.

I actually think Williams takes the crown this year and never looks back. At one point last season (weeks 11-16)he had 10 sacks over a 6 game period.

He will only continue to get better and that is just a scary thought.

A guy who has an outside shot at it is Justin Tuck. I know, you are saying what is he smoking now. Well.... no... that is a different story altogether.

As a backup last year Tuck was able to post 65 total tackles and 10 sacks. 1 more tackle but 5.5 sacks less than Jared Allen....AS A BACKUP. Kinda scary to see what he can do full time, especially with Osi on the other side.  Oh wait, Osi could easily be the man too. Crap this is getting hard, lol.
