It is surprising how much the list of Fantasy Death players resembles my Badlands roster.
Here are the players that probably helped build the coffin for your fantasy team with only one week left to go in the regular season for most leagues.
Let me know if there is anyone who is not on this list that killed your team this week.
QB
Eli Manning NYG – 21-49 273 yds, 1 TD, 4 INTs (8 pts) Eli looked like he was playing for Minnesota and forgot what color jersey he was wearing.
Vince Young TEN – 19-31 246 yds, 0 TDs, 1 INT, 1 fumble (5 pts) Young has been a serious disappointment this year.
Brodie Croyle KCC – 12-23 145 yds, 0 TDs, 1 INT passing, 4-10 yds rushing (4 pts)
Kellen Clemens NYJ – 12-27 142 yds, 0 TDs, 1 INT (3 pts)
Jeff Garcia TBB – 2-4 9 yds (0 pts) Another QB down to injury.
Marc Bulger STL – 3-5 32 yds, 1 INT, 1 fumble (-3 pts) Ok I know it was due to injury, but he still killed you.
RB
Lendale White TEN – 8-27 yds (2 pts) He should have been able to run all day against Cincy.
Leon Washington NYJ – 2-14 yds, 1 fumble (-1 pts)
De’shaun Foster CAR – 9-(-5) yds, 2 fumbles rushing, 2-16 yds receiving (-3 pts)
WR
Santana Moss WAS – 5-37 yds (3 pts) This guy is on a serious yo-yo.
Roy Williams DET – 3-32 yds (3 pts) It is very hard to consider him an elite WR any longer.
Shaun McDonald DET – 2-18 yds (2 pts)
Joey Galloway TBB – 2-21 yds (2 pts) Bet he's hoping for a quick Garcia return.
David Patten NOS – 2-17 yds (1 pt)
Mark Clayton BAL – 2-15 yds (1 pt)
Lee Evans BUF – 2-14 yds (1 pt)
Brandon Jones TEN – 0 targets, 0 receptions, 0 everything (0 pts)
Mike Furrey DET – no receptions (0 pts) From almost 100 receptions one year to an afterthought the next. So goes football.
Antwaan Randle El WAS – 2 targets, no receptions (0 pts)
Nate Burleson SEA – 1-20 yds, 1 fumble (0 pts) Bad enough to get only 1 catch, but to fumble that catch….
TE
Ben Watson NEP – 3-17 yds (1 pt)
Greg Olsen CHI – 1-10 yds (1 pt) He has definitely had a rookie season. Up one week, down the next.

K
Matt Stover BAL – 2 XPs (2 pts)
