After getting cut by the New York Jets, quarterback Chad Pennington had no problem finding a new home with the Miami Dolphins. It is reported he signed a two-year deal worth $11.5 million. He was one of Bill Parcell's selections in 2000 with the Jets 18th overall pick. It is likely that Pennington will be the new starting quarterback for the Dolphins going into the 2008 season. He brings consistency to the position for the Dolphins, as he ranks fifth in the league with a completion percentage of 65.6, which is something the Dolphins need...a game manager.
