According to the NFL Network and ESPN, Denver Broncos' wide receiver Brandon Marshall is expected to be suspended for three games by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for violation of the personal conduct policy.

Marshall, whose suspension could be reduced to two games if he agrees to undergo counseling, is due to appear in court in September pursuant to an October, 2007 arrest for drunken driving. He has been arrested three times in the past year.
