According to the Denver Post, the NFL could be considering suspending Denver Broncos' wide receiver Brandon Marshall under the league's Personal Conduct Code. Marshall was arrested on March 6 for his second domestic dispute and this third arrest in 12 months. He was arrested for driving under the influence in October 2007 and the case is due in trial in September. With Marshall and his agent being forthright with the league on his incidents, he could go unpunished. However, this is not the message commissioner Goodell wants to send to players. He could face up to an eight-game suspension for his conduct off the field. That would be really bad for Fantasy owners that have already put a good deal into him.
