Bears' RB Benson Arrested Again Print E-mail

Certified genius Cedric Benson, the troubled former top-5 draft pick running back of the Chicago Bears, has been arrested for the second time in under a month.

Benson was arrested for driving while intoxicated after failing a field sobriety test. His attorney claimed that Benson only had a couple of beers, and was more likely to be in trouble for breaking his curfew than anything.

Previously, the running back had been arrested for boating while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

Something tells me the league is not going to agree with Benson's lawyer... look for the Bears to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they can to put Matt Forte on the field.
