Bears LB Brian Urlacher told the Chicago Tribunbe today that he plans on attending the Bears mandatory minicamp that starts on Friday. He had threatened to skip the minicamp because of a contract dispute.

Normal procedure here. Threaten to stay away UNTIL it's going to cost you money. This is better for fantasy owners though as it will allow us to see how far he has come from his neck surgery.
