The Chicago Bears are intent on being mediocre at best in 2008 again, as evidenced by the signing of WR Brandon Lloyd.

Once thought to be a top receiver, Lloyd has become a joke of sorts among fantasy owners. It is hard to envision him having any fantasy value on "Da Bears".
