Two New England Patriots' players who spent the beginning of the season on the Physically Unable To Perform list, receiver Chad Jackson and defensive back Eddie Jackson, returned to practice Wednesday. The Patriots will have two weeks to decide whether to activate them, or place them on injured reserve. Chad Jackson says that he feels 100%, but really - is there a place for him?
