The Cincinnati Bengals announced Tuesday that the NFL has suspended second-year cornerback Johnathan Joseph for one game for a violation of the league's substance abuse policy. The Bengals have struggled enough on defense. At least they're not playing a top-flite passing offense (they get the Kansas City Chiefs this week). |
