Thanks to FFWhiz member Panther Pride for the heads-up on this one. Newsday's Arthur Staple notes that the supposedly "competitive" offer made by the New York Giants to kicker Jay Feely - in a word - wasn't. Feely is now reportedly not returning to the New York Giants, and is likely to sign with one of the Dolphins, Chiefs, or Falcons as early as Thursday. |
