PewterReport.com is reporting that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed free agent fullback B.J. Askew to a multi-year contract. The Bucs just re-signed Mike Alstott on Thursday, but were expecting to lose Jerald Sowell and wanted to find a replacement. Earlier in the week, Askew said that he wanted to play halfback, and Cadillac Williams' struggles and frequency of nagging injuries may just give him that opportunity. |
