The Providence Journal reports that the New England Patriots have tendered restricted free agent Randall Gay $1.3 million offer. There was no word about the status of the three remaining Patriots' RFAs, offensive linemen Billy Yates and Gene Murczkowski and safety Rashad Baker. |
