The Baltimore Ravens have tendered three restricted free agents to one-year, $850,000 tenders according the Baltimore Sun. The players that received tenders are return specialist B.J. Sams, and wide receivers Clarence Moore and Devard Darling. The team will have the right to match any offer to these players and would receive a third round pick for Darling and a sixth round pick for Moore, if they were to leave the team.
