The St Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the St Louis Rams have extended tender offers to three restricted free agents, but have decided to let the remaining two head for free agency. The team made one-year contract offers to linebacker Brandon Chillar, tight end Aaron Walker, and offensive lineman Adam Goldberg. Center Larry Turner and safety Dwaine Carpenter did not receive offers.
Don't expect an awful lot of activity, fantsay or otherwise, from any of these guys. Chillar is the Rams' starting strongside linebacker, so it was important enough that they at least tender him. However, as a strongside linebacker, his fantasy value is negligible.
