Why Halloween should never be the night/morning we fall back

I got a call early this A.M. from the mayor of chicago  kind of went like this and then some

Phone rings - Someone like me is dumb enough to answer like I never saw a movie.

I push the button to converse, working off a trifecta-maybe four-flecta dose of fun. so i say from the dream right before my left toe turns into a battleship.

"It's ok to take off your underwear on the first sleep-over...Hello?"

"Hey dude!"

I said, "Dick! did you remember to fall back?".  He wasn't sure.  So -

We talked about the Bears.  I started some bacon, Mr. Daley was getting ready for Sunday brunch.

We decided Lovie will run his course with this Elway.

And in three years we'd bring 50 home.  And win a trophy.

I read this three times and still don't know what it means.

I really did like the extra hour this year, because my son turned 12 on October 31, and I had a herd of boys at my house, eating candy and watching monster movies until the sun came up.

I then had to go to work

An extra hour for a sleep deprived Drof is a good thing.

That's very cool Duck.  Tommy was born while History Channel was running the Biography of Boris Karlauf (sic?) in the background.

Tom turned twelve, so we will be graduating from taking a herd of boys out on a rampage, to an all out Halloween party next year.

It makes for an extra cool day.

I took the guys all out for pizza and bowling during the day.  I then did a couple of hours of face paint, followed by a three hour assault on the citizens of Charlestown.  We the went back to my house for snacks and all night TeVoed Halloween movies.

It's Tuesday, and I'm still tired.

My usual Halloween ritual in years past was to listen to the original radio broadcast of "War of the Worlds" starring Orson Welles> That sort of fell by the wayside when I got a steroe system without a turntable, since my recording of it is on vinyl.

Of course, this year I had no problem with what to do; I just went in and looked at my team in my money league. That's scarier than all the slasher flicks ever made.

Somehow the NFL
is going to become as powerful as
the, "Office of the Commissioner of Baseball".

not bloody likely, but watching them try is proving to be fun.

The Bears will hire Mike Singletary as head coach once he clears his contract with SF.

or

the bears will hire 50 as their next head coach.

and Jay Cutler will fulfill his part as John Elway.

Cutler will hoist the Lombardi and shout, "this one's for Fifty!"

I missed the bees this summer
sure, saw one once or twice a couple times
